2/ Service

The RanchZone.eu is Marketplace for Europian ranchers where users can sell or find an items related with the ranch world.

Marketplace allows to advertise an items in these categories:

  • Horses
  • Stallion services
  • Cattle
  • Bull services
  • Saddles
  • Services /Temporarily limited search form/
  • Trailers
  • Trucks

Items which are not related with categories shown above, will be deleted.

By considering, a Service provider can add or delete Categories.

3/ Registration

Registration on the marketplace is voluntary and free.

During registration, the user fill an Username, Name, Surename and Password. Fields labeled by star are required. Registration is completed by pressing of “Register” button.

4/ Advertising

Advertising is generally free. Free advertising is unlimited.
Free advertisements are valid for 45 days. The ad can be renewed, if not then it is deleted. The user is aware that if he wants to remove the ad before the publication period expires, he must do so himself through the bulletin board of the relevant ad.

The Service provider reserves the right to make the necessary changes in the advertisement, or not to publish the advertisement at all, or to remove the advertisement if it conflicts with the applicable laws of the Slovak Republic, the terms of RanchZone.eu or good morals, even without a prior call for correction and without compensation.

Third-party advertisements in the form of banners and pop-up banners may be placed on the website. If you are interested in promoting your company or activities on our website, please contact us.

5/ Responsibility

The Service provider only mediates contact between the seller and the buyer and thus does not assume any guarantees for the quality, origin, delivery, collection, payment or usability of the offered items.

The Service provider is not responsible for the misuse of the user’s personal data listed in the advertisement or obtained by illegal penetration of the website system by a third party. The user agrees to the anonymous use of registration and statistical data.

The Service provider is not responsible for the activities of users of RanchZone.eu services or for the way they use RanchZone.eu services. The administrator bears no responsibility for any misuse of the server’s services by users or third parties.

The Service provider bears no responsibility for damages that users or third parties may incur directly, indirectly or accidentally as a result of or in connection with the use of RanchZone.eu services. It is not responsible for damages that would occur to users or third parties as a result of the impossibility of using RanchZone.eu services or in direct or indirect connection with this fact.

The advertiser is responsible for ensuring that the content of the advertisement and/or photographs or other files attached to the advertisement do not affect the rights of third parties. The operator is not responsible for interference with the rights of third parties by the advertiser.

The advertiser is responsible for the content of the advertisement. The operator bears no responsibility for the content of the advertisement. The advertiser is obliged to comply with these conditions and relevant legal regulations when submitting an ad.

All incidents are governed by Slovak law

6/ Paid Services

All fees for paid services are charged in € with VAT. Fees can be paid via Stripe payment gateway or stright bank transfer.

7/ Complaint

The user can file a claim for the purchased packages if, by paying the fee:

  • The ad is not highlighted
  • The validity of the ad is not extended
  • The selected package does not contain the declared properties

All complaints are governed by Slovak law

8/ Account deleting

The Service provider may delete the account if the user’s activity is in violation of the applicable laws of the Slovak Republic, RanchZone.eu conditions or good morals, even without a prior call for correction and without compensation.

The user can cancel the account at his own discretion through the message board.

These terms and conditions become valid and effective at the time of their publication. The Service provider reserves the right to change these conditions.
